Eligible Entrants:
a. To enter the Promotion, the entrant must exclusively List their property for sale with Conjunction Realty for 90 days.
b. The property must be in Queensland Australia.
Offer Description:
You can sell your property without any upfront marketing costs. To make this possible, we'll connect you with a trusted third-party company that provides funding for the marketing expenses. Conjunction Realty will take care of any interest charges on this funding until your property is sold, or the listing is withdrawn, ensuring you have a smooth, stress-free experience with no out-of-pocket costs until the sale is finalised.
Details of the Offer:
· The offer is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
· Any incidental expenses related to the offer that are not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the property owner.
· The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the offer. It is the responsibility of each entrant to seek independent financial advice regarding potential tax implications.
· The Promoter shall not be liable for any claims, actions, or delays arising from this Offer, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Participation:
· By participating in the Offer, you (i) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Offer.
· The Promoter reserves the right to permanently disqualify any person it believes has intentionally violated these Terms and Conditions.
· The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the Offer if it becomes technically corrupted or if any other unforeseen circumstances arise that may affect the fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the promotion.

Disputes:

· Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Offer shall be litigated exclusively in the courts of Brisbane, QLD, Australia.

· By entering the Offer, entrants agree and acknowledge that they have read these Terms and Conditions and that entry into the Offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
· The Promotional Period starts on the Start Date and ends on the End Date.
· If for any reason the Offer is not capable of running as planned due to computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Offer, subject to QLD State regulations, without further notice to entrants.
· The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
· The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or willful misconduct) in connection with this Offer, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
